Set of 4 tappetblocks, with tappets, tappetscrew and nut. These are all in used condition. We have cleaned them up. There are multiple sets available, all are in similar good condition. You may be getting a different set than pictured here, but it will be equal. The tappets are used but have no excessive wear on them as far as we can tell. Some of the rollers may need replacing ( stuck or too much play).
